Frog Eyes teams up with Vancouver's Hello Blue Roses for a limited edition 7"-- only 500 copies printed. Frog Eyes present two newly re-imagined versions of "Policy Merchant"and "Stockades" from their stellar 2007 release Tears of the Valedictorian, this time including fellow Victorian Ryan Beattie (of Chet and Himalayan Bear) into their roster. Hello Blue Roses is the collaborative effort of Dan Bejar (more famously of Destroyer and New Pornographers) and singer Sydney Vermont. The two tracks on the single are a cover of "Foam Hands," a song from Destroyer's Trouble In Dreams album (with Sydney singing rather than Dan) and a cover of Richard and Linda Thompson's "Wall of Death."
